fuck a 2. this year was ight, could of been better. Now i got a deadly habit, but hey hopefully this kid comes thru with this internship at epic records. Than i would be one of the first members of epic records "urban" department and i'd probably be so busy that i'd have to stop this habit. Me and ma boy made a vow tha other day. We better have a shop by the time we are 28. Some people say its not possible but hey i always aim for the impossible ALWAYS! Me and ma other boy made a prediction the other day. That if something poppin ill na na crazy DOESN'T happen the first day of 2009 than its going to be another ight year, but if something does happen than its going to be a bangin year. Big ups to ma ELM St. niggas who held me down this year man, ya know who ya are. Who knows wat 09 has in store for me. All i really hope for is just so be surrounded by the real, no more jivers na mean. Im going to be more selective of who i let in my daily operation. im moving out in january, and shit should be different, ALOT different. Living on my own should be a crazy chapter in my life, lets see what happens! And always always hip hop. WU TANG SHOW on tha 21st!!!!

back home to you
i been looking for these lyrics for mad long now. i finally found them. i was gonna dedicate this to someone but shit happens.....
Now, being that the fact is (uh), you was a fly New Yorker
You could of wrote me off as some kind of sick stalker
But I guess I was kind of a slick talker
Charmed you real quick, then made a mean offer
Now we livin like Mr. and Mrs. Walker
Cause even if we was stranded, we'd be hand and hand, Miss
Thing, body that bang, I can't stay away (uh)
I think 'em about to get this ring off layaway
And shine up this knee, it's been a little too long
We've Been "Holdin Each Other Down" just like the Alchemist song (hold you down)
So to not give you no props up on this album is wrong
When you put your soul in somethin, yo the outcome is strong
And them long nights on the road is torturous (right)
But every show is just another step towards our fort-a-ress
I see you doin your thang too
We could make beautiful music together with the way you sang, woo
So while I'm starin out my tour bus window (uh)
Rollin through Los Angeles and San Francisco
I'm thinkin about you buggin out, singin some disco (right)
And all that other shit that I miss yo
Cause listen up, I ain't tryin to be Jared at Subway
I want your arroz con pollo cooked for me lovely
You knew me from a scrub to today (uh)
The clubs that I play, make me glad I didn't meet you in one (hell yeah)
And when my people from the hood see me
They tell me that our shit would really make some good TV
But we ain't goin out like Jessica and Nick Lachey
Because people always be havin bullshit to say
And I ain't worried 'bout no number one hit today
I'm just writin this to say, good lookin out
Thanks for gettin my back even when I was actin whack (what)
All depressed, and talkin 'bout quittin rap
My fans don't know it but they owe a lot to you (uh)
Cause you reminded me, that a man's got to do, what a man's got to do
Truer words were never spoken (no doubt)
Without your help, I might have been forever broken
But now I got sublime rhymes, ready for prime time
When me and my dime shine, it's brighter than the brightest constellation (woo)
It took the tightest concentration and I'm a give that ass a demonstration
When I get home (uh), yeah, I got work to do
When I get back home to you (soon as I get home)
Yeah, I got work to do, when I get back home to you, you, you (I'm a tear that ass up)

All my life I kept my eyes on the prize
But every time I reached for the prize it demised
I wonder what's going on, but I gots to move

moment of truth
What goes around comes around!
remember that.
They say its lonely at the top, in whatever you do
You always gotta watch motherfuckers around you
Nobodys invincible, no plan is foolproof
We all must meet our moment of truth
The same sheisty cats that you hang with, and do your thang with
Could set you up and wet you up, nigga peep the language
Its universal, you play with fire it may hurt you
Or burn you, lessons are blessings you should learn through
Lets face facts, although mcs lace tracks
It doesnt mean behind the scenes there aint no dirt to trace back
That goes for all of us, there aint nobody to trust
Its like sabotage, its got me ready to bust
But I cant jeapordize, what I have done up to this point
So ima get more guys, to help me run the whole joint
Cultivate, multiply, motivate, or else well die
You know I be the masterof the who what where and why
See when youre shinin, some chumpsll wanna dull ya
Always selfish jealous punks, will wanna pull ya
Down, just like some shellfish in a bucket
Cause they love it, to see your ass squirm like a worm
But just as youll receive what is comin to you
Everybody else is gonna get theirs too
I aint no saint, therefore I cannot dispute
That everyone must meet their moment of truth
Actions have reactions, dont be quick to judge
You may not know the harships people dont speak of
Its best to step back, and observe with couth
For we all must meet our moment of truth
Sometimes you gotta dig deep, when problems come near
Dont fear things get severe for everybody everywhere
Why do bad things happen, to good people?
Seems that life is just a constant war between good and evil
The situation that Im facin, is mad amazin
To think such problems can arise from minor confrontations
Now Im contemplatin in my bedroom pacin
Dark clouds over my head, my hearts racin
Suicide? nah, Im not a foolish guy
Dont even feel like drinking, or even gettin high
Cause all thats gonna do really, is accelerate
The anxieties that I wish I could alleviate
But wait, Ive been through a whole lot of other shit, before
So I oughta be able, to withstand some more
But Im sweatin though, my eyes are turnin red and yo
Im ready to lose my mind but instead I use my mind
I put down the knife, and take the bullets out my nine
My only crime, was that Im too damn kind
And now some skanless motherfuckers wanna take whats mine
But they cant take the respect, that Ive earned in my lifetime
And you know theyll never stop the furious force of my rhymes
So like they say, every dog has its day
And like they say, God works in a mysterious way
So I pray, remembering the days of my youth
As I prepare to meet my moment of truth
(you should know the truth
And the truth shall set you free --> from _whos gonna take the weight? _)
Yo I got one lyric pointed at your head for start
Another one, is pointed at your weak ass heart
Now if I pull the trigger, on these fully loaded lines
Youre gonna wish I woulda pulled a black nine, I mack dimes
Crack the spines of the fake gangsters
Yeah the bitin triflin niggaz, and the studio pranksters
Yo lookin at the situation plainly: will you remain g?
Or will you be looked upon strangely?
I reign as the articulator, with the greater data
Revolvin on the tascam much doper than my last jam
While others struggle to juggle, tricky metaphots
I explore more, to expose the core
A lot of mcs, act stupid to me
And we have yet to see, if they can match our longevity
But anyway its just another day
Another fake jack I slay with my spectac rap display
Styles, smooth but rugged -- you cant push or shove it
You dig it and you dug it cause like money you love it
The king of monotone, with my own throne
Righteously violent prone my words bring winds like cyclones
Stormin your hideout, blockin out your sunlight
Your image and your business, were truly not done right
Throw up your he-allah-i now, divine saviors
You got no hand skills theres no security to save ya
No pager, no celly, no drop top benz-y
I came to bring your phone hip-hop, to an ending
My art of war will leave you sore from the abuse
Cause you must meet your moment of truth

It funny how money can change a person. Its true whether you don't have enough or have too much for you own good, shit really does change people. But hey TO EACH HIS OWN. Hopefully people will learn that sometimes its not all about the moolah. I mean it feels real real good when you got a pocket full of green, but don't let take over you namsayen? Well, like me and ma boy say IT IS WHAT IT IS. You are the master of your destiny.

Crooklyn Cuts
"i remember buying these tapes like it was yesterday. I don't think i went anywhere in the summer of 96 without my Sony cassette walkman and these 4 tapes. That was the greatest summer of my life. The Yankees were on pace to win there first World Series in 15 years...led by a rookie shorstop named Derek Jeter. The only worries on my mind back then were how i was gonna afford the new Jordans in time for my boy Delshawns "end of summer" party in the park. These tapes were the soundtrack of my summer of 96."
This is a pure classic part of hip hop. From East Flatbush Project & DeS - Tried By 12 too Smoothe Da Hustler & Trigger Tha Gambler's - Broken Language Pt. II... Premier lays down hot track after hot track of NYC's finest hip hop. The quality on the first tape is a little off...but you forget about the faint hiss after the first couple of tracks. Brooklyn's Greg Tate starts off Tape B with a spoken word poem called "What Is Hip Hop?". It used to send chills down my spine listening to that man preach hip hop. If you listened to hip hop then or are just catching up...these gems will take you back in time when rap music was oh so simple & pure!

they jus liars
L and I are just chillin at Nash's like any usually monday when in comes this old lady walks in. She starts talkin to us, i figured she just a regular nosey old lady. But she turned out to be ight. She started to talk mad wisedom to us, and we was buzzin from our prior activities and it made it even better. So L asks her why girls lie. She says to us "they are just born that way, we get feel better about things when we do." I was puzzled, it could of been that i was just puffin live but i don't know. At the end she was like "lifes tough and bitching ain't gonna succeed nothing." Just something interesting that happen today.

for some
for some people words mean alot. for some people words fly. Me? i learned that words don't mean shit unless there is actions behind it. I listen to hip hop. i listen alot, and it teaches me things that other people can't understand. Sometimes i wonder why other people don't listen. But to each his own, is what i figure. but i heard this line today and was like wow that pretty dope and true. so imma share it.

See I'm a single black male, dark hair, dark eyes
Long walks through a park and a lot of them lives
I'm a little bit shaded by a lot of what I see
So if you're still interested you should come get at me
Cause I'm tired of getting shot down, put down and dissed
I wanna be picked up, held tight and kissed
But things like these don't happen to dudes like me
Because I'm more Coldplay than I am Ice-T
They say that good girls love bad guys and that might be
But a bad girl with a good guy, that's unlikely
So what's a man to do to get to hold hands with you?
Do I talk shit and stand and look hard with my crew?
I don't know what to do, so I drown in my drink
It helps to numb the pain, cause when I sit and think about it
Eyes get clouded, thoughts get crowded (thoughts get clouded)
So I'ma sit right here, wait for you to talk about it
In the.. c'mon
Said she had a boyfriend, just trying to be nice
But I've heard the same lines from different women all night
Too easy let down, but don't let it get you down
Shit, that's what my boys told me, but end of the night
I was still sitting lonely, if only I could find 'em
Without all the drama, without the one-liners
Excuse me miss, hey mam, you got a man, what's ya name?
I'm in my mid-twenties so enough with the games
Simply put I think you're stunning, and what about some kids?
A couple dogs, a couple cars, a four bedroom crib?
Look, I'm not trying to jib, I'm just speaking from the heart
But we can start with a drink if you wanna play it smart
She looking at my boy who got two kids at home and
I know how it goes, here's his number telephone and
He does the girl's turf, and I know you're smelling on him
But every bitch needs a dog, so I guess that's why you want him
I try to be settle, but even flirting got me shooked
I would never get a smile, all I got was dirty looks
And my self-esteem is low enough, I got teased growing up
And what I do, I beat 'em up, but that only made me tough
It didn't get me girls, or notes in class
Same girls who used to tell, when I would pinch their ass
But if another boy did it, then they would get gritty
So I pretended the handball was their face when I hit it
And I admit it's part the reason why I'm do em like I do
And women in my life, there has only been two
My mother being one, and the other one is done
So my philosophy on dating is; ain't no fun
Cause they come and they go, and even if they don't cum
They still have to go, girl I give the best head
But you just wouldn't know, cause you stuck up in some diddy
But even if you dissed me, I ain't mad
Go on do that yo with yo pretty as..
You looked better coming..
No wait, you looked better going than you did coming
Her ass is amazing. High five for Jesus
Keep making 'em like that
Just make 'em with half a brain so maybe they'll talk to me

My middle school teacher introduce me to Pete rock and CL smooth and my life has never been the same. I KNOW Dj Premier is the best producer out there, and if you think different come see me. i have a thing for girls with curly hair, yea i guess im weird. I found a girl with curly hair and I dig her alot. Fuck all those who say they know hip hop cause i won't believe you until i have a conversation with you about it. i walk, and i mean i walk ALOT, everywhere really.I like taking pictures, people say im good at it. i enjoy it. The knicks will always be the best NBA team to me and i choose EWING over Starks. I have you few friends and i intend to keep it that way, cause honestly you don't need much. Some say im wise and some say im in idiot. you choose, im just me.
Imma try to sum me up in a couple of words. 3 words to be exact. COOL CALM COLLECT.
P.S.
i like to express myself through music.
